Scientel's personnel provide our customers with ongoing monitoring and maintenance services on new and existing systems. Our comprehensive services include:
- Complete maintenance and operation of the customer's system, including periodic system maintenance and testing.
- Long Term Maintenance, where Scientel Wireless technicians are permanently assigned to the system to perform routine maintenance and emergency repair/restoral.
- Periodic Maintenance Services, where Scientel Wireless performs pre-scheduled (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) maintenance and system performance evaluation.
- One Time System Performance Evaluation and Maintenance. System test results are presented to the customer with recommendations as to system optimization and preventative measures necessary to insure peak performance.
- Billing and Provisioning Services
Scientel Wireless offers 24-7 monitoring services of your network. Our technicians are on-call twenty-four hours a day to provide responsive, timely services in the event of an outage. Our service features include:

- Scientel Wireless will conduct a quarterly review and provide a report of the WAN environment to address:
- Performance trends, utilization, upgrade and maintenance requirements and performance of databases
- Identify software updates/patches as required
