Process & Log File Monitoring
  • Alert on stopped processes and provide remote start alternatives
  • Monitor key Windows and other log files and generate alters based on configurable occurrences

  • Scan systems for known security vulnerabilities and provide alerts RF

Quarterly Health Report
  • Scientel Wireless will conduct a quarterly review and provide a report of the WAN environment to address:
    • Performance trends, utilization, upgrade and maintenance requirements and performance of databases
    • Identify software updates/patches as required
